Shipping and delivery policy

Collywobbles sells a digital product: a personalised web page. Nothing physical is made, packed or shipped, so there are no shipping charges, couriers or delivery addresses.

How your page is delivered

  • On screen, straight away. As soon as your payment is confirmed, the page goes live and you are shown its private link, a QR code and your manage link.
  • By email, as a backup. The same links are sent to the email address you gave at payment. Emails normally arrive within a few minutes. Check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see it.

You then share the link or QR code with your recipient yourself, in whatever way you like. We do not contact the recipient.

Delivery time

Delivery is immediate once payment is confirmed. Confirmation usually takes a few seconds. With some UPI and netbanking payments the bank takes longer to confirm; your page goes live when the confirmation reaches us, without you doing anything.

If you chose a scheduled reveal on Deluxe, you still receive the link immediately. The page itself stays sealed until the date and time you set.

Delivery charges

None. The price shown before payment (₹149 for Classic, ₹249 for Deluxe) is the full amount.

Where we deliver

Anywhere with an internet connection. The page opens in the web browser of any modern phone or computer. Payment is in Indian rupees through Razorpay.

If your page does not arrive

If you have paid and you do not see your link within 15 minutes:

  1. Check the email address you used at payment, including spam.
  2. Open collywobbles.in on the same device and browser you paid from. It remembers pages you made there.
  3. Write to support@collywobbles.in with the email address you paid with and the approximate time of payment. We reply within 2 working days, and usually much sooner.

If we cannot deliver a page you paid for, you are refunded under the refund and cancellation policy.

Use the recovery page on the site to have your manage links sent again to the email address used at purchase, or write to support@collywobbles.in.
